Timon Balloo to Open the Katherine Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Fans of Timon Balloo’s culinary chops will be able to chow down on the chef’s versions of classic fare next month when the Katherine opens in the former Foxy Brown space, at 723 E. Broward Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. (The Foxy Brown has moved to 476 N. Federal Hwy.)

In keeping with the family-friendly theme of the eatery, Balloo and his wife, Marissa, both posted the announcement on social media. On Facebook, Marissa called the Katherine “an ode to the simplicity, flavors and countries that we’ve fell in love with over our years together!”
