JAAN

If you want to try a fusion of tastes, JAAN is the place to go, thanks to the chef’s reinvented and modern European cuisine.  Despite few reports of poor service, JAAN prides itself on being good places to have lunch in Singapore. A 3-course lunch goes for $78, while a 5-course menu and a 7-course menu will cost you $198 and $238, respectively.  However, “soft organic hen’s egg” is also a great dish to try.

Les Amis

Did you know that there are also nice French restaurants in Singapore? Yes. There are, and Less Amis is one of them. It is also Singapore’s most influential restaurant. Hence, a “must try” for visitors and mainly French food lovers. Chef Sebastian Lepinoy and Chef Cheryl Koh know their thing so well and will serve you with a tasting menu for lunch at $155 or a tasting menu for dinner at $295.
