DUNBAR, WV (WOWK) – A lady observed unresponsive in her home has been charged with child neglect in Dunbar, West Virginia.
According to a legal criticism from the Kanawha County Justice of the peace Clerk’s Office, an officer with the Dunbar police responded to a home on Maple Avenue in Dunbar close to 11 p.m. Saturday, May well 21, 2022 about a achievable overdose.
