7. Cinia’s Salvadorian Kitchen

An order of fried yuca with pork and curtido slaw from Cinia's Salvadoran Kitchen. We took it out of the to-go box and put it on a plate with cilantro. Truth, there was a lot more pork but we snacked on it because it's that good. Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021.

Stop at Cinia’s for a traditional taste of El Salvador. Enjoy pupusas, fried yuca (like a potato, but potato-ier) with slow-cooked pork, and empanadas with potato or meat fillings. Entrees are served with a mild fresh tomato sauce and cabbage slaw with carrots and a touch of oregano.
