Federal judge orders jail to provide organic food to ‘QAnon Shaman’

On Wednesday, a federal judge ruled jail officials must provide organic food to Jacob Chansley. 

Chansley, also known as “QAnon Shahman,” was charged in federal court in January with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. 

Watkins has previously claimed that Chansley had no part in the violence.

US Capitol rioter and so-called “QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley should be given organic food while in a Washington, DC, jail, a federal judge said Wednesday, after Chansley went on an apparent hunger strike last week claiming non-organic food was against his religion and sickened him.

DC District Court Judge Royce Lamberth decided the accommodations could be made for Chansley because he had been fed organic food in detention in Arizona, and arguments about his adherence to Shamanism were enough to also convince the judge.

‘QAnon shaman’ granted organic food in jail after report of deteriorating health

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered that the “QAnon shaman,” who was charged with taking part in the deadly riots at the Capitol, get organic food in a D.C. correctional facility after his lawyer told the court that his client needed the special diet for religious and health reasons.
